Updated: Apr 14

Hey there, fellow crafters! Today, I'm excited to share with you a fun project featuring one of my favorite stamp sets: the Hats Off Stamp Set from Pajama Crafter Stamps. Graduation season is upon us, and what better way to celebrate than with a handmade card?

Clean & Simple Graduation Card:

Let me set the scene for you: It's that time of year when the air is filled with excitement and anticipation as graduates embark on their next journey. As a card maker, I love capturing these special moments with personalized creations. And trust me, this one is going to be a hit!

First things first, let's gather our supplies. You'll need the Hats Off Stamp Set, some quality cardstock, and my trusty Ohuhu Alcohol Markers for coloring. Of course, feel free to mix and match colors to suit your graduate's style and personality.

Now, onto the fun part: creating the base of our card. I like to keep things clean and simple, so I'm opting for a classic white cardstock base. It's like a blank canvas just waiting to be adorned with our festive design!

As I sit down at my crafting desk, memories of my own graduation day come flooding back. I remember the sense of accomplishment and pride as I walked across the stage, mortarboard perched proudly on my head. It's moments like these that make card making so special – the ability to capture memories and emotions in every handmade creation.

With our base ready to go, it's time to break out the Hats Off Stamp Set and get stamping! I love the playful designs in this set – from the graduation hat to the diploma and banner, each image is brimming with celebratory vibes. And with a steady hand and a touch of creativity, we can bring these images to life with our Ohuhu Alcohol Markers.

As I color in each element, I can't help but smile at the thought of the recipient's reaction. There's something magical about receiving a handmade card – it's like a little piece of love and thoughtfulness in every brushstroke.

Once our stamped images are colored to perfection, it's time to assemble our card. A dab of adhesive here, a sprinkle of glitter there – the possibilities are endless! I like to keep things simple yet elegant, letting the design speak for itself.

And just like that, our graduation card is complete! As I hold it up to admire the finished product, I can't help but feel a sense of pride. Not only have we created a beautiful handmade card, but we've also captured the essence of this special milestone in a way that only handmade can.

So there you have it, folks – a clean and simple graduation card that's sure to make the recipient's day. Whether you're celebrating a high school graduation, college commencement, or anything in between, a handmade card is the perfect way to show you care.
