Hello and welcome back to the blog; today I have a super fun card to share with you. My card mixes two stamp sets from Pajama Crafter Stamps to create a fun graduation card. I mixed a stamp set from the brand new March Release (Hats Off) and from the January Release (My Best Friend).
Congrats Grad Card: Hats Off Stamp Set | My Best Friend Stamp Set | Pajama Crafter Stamps:
Today's card features the Hats Off Stamp Set and the My Best Friend Stamp Set to create a graduation card that can be used for those four legged friends graduation from obedience school, or for a dog lovers graduation from high school or college. It's a very versatile card design that can be changed up for whomever you are sending it to. You can also change up the colors to match the graduates school colors as well.

Mixing New with Old:
To start my design using both of these adorable stamp sets I stamped out all the images that I planned on using onto alcohol marker friendly paper (Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 110#) in an alcohol marker friendly ink (Intense Black Ink). I then colored all the images using my favorite alcohol markers (Ohuhu Honolulu Brush Markers), and cut each image out. When I created this card I did not have the dies for the Hats Off Stamp Set, but they were super easy to fussy cut out. If you don't like fussing cutting I your suggest picking up the Hats Off Bundle that comes with the Hats Off Stamp Set and Coordinating Hats Off Dies. You can now pick up the My Best Friend Stamp Set and coordinating My Best Friend Dies in a bundle as well and save 15% with the bungled pricing.
For the background panel I just used an embossing folder from my stash and I just so happened to have one that had stars on it that matched the stars in the Hats Off Stamp Set. I attached the background panel onto a pice of blue cardstock that matched the blue in my coloring. If you don't have a color that matches perfectly you could always color a piece of white cardstock with one of the blue alcohol markers that you used to color the images. I then attached the card front to a top folding A2 size card base.
To finish off the card I added the focal images in the center of the card panel. I used a mixture of foam adhesive and liquid glue to do this. I attached the large graduation hat at the bottom of the card front with foam adhesive and then stacked the sentiment (from the Hats Off Stamp Set) and the little dog (from My Best Friend Stamp Set). I then added the smaller graduation cap to the puppies head and the diploma in his paw (from the Hats Off Stamp Set). I finished off the card by adding a few Boyfriend Blue Rhinestones sprinkled around the focal images.
And there you have it how I created this fun graduation card with both the Hats Off Stamp Set and the My Best Friend Stamp Set. I love that I can mix and match the stamps and dies from Pajama Crafter Stamps to create unique cards designs for any occasion.
