Hello and welcome to my blog; today I am using digital stamps from Colorado Craft Company to create my project. I used the Love You Tons from their Big & Bold line of stamps.
Big & Bold - Love You Tons Digital Stamps:
Big & Bold - Love You Tons Digital Stamps from Colorado Craft Company is an excellent choice to create charming and creative handmade cards for your loved ones. These digital stamps feature a big and bold elephant image with beautiful sentiments that convey love, friendship, and more. You can use these stamps to create personalized and unique cards that will undoubtedly bring a smile to the recipient's face.
Digital Stamps:
Digital Stamps are perfect for cardmaking enthusiasts who love to experiment with different coloring mediums like markers, colored pencils, watercolors, and more. These stamps are versatile and can be used to create various card designs, including shaker cards, interactive cards, and more.
Digital Stamps are cheaper to purchase than traditional stamps. Once you purchase a digital stamp set you simply download it to your computer and open the Zip file that either comes in an email or you can download it right from your order from the company. You do have to store them on your computer or on an external hard drive; where as traditional stamps you store them in your craft space. I save mine on my computer in a file that I created with the companies name.
Once I have the digital stamped downloaded and opened I can use it any many different programs to get it from my computer to my printer to make it into a card. I used Microsoft Word to insert the digital image of the elephant and sized the image to the size that I wanted and printed it out on my chosen cardstock.
Another thing to think about is what type of printer you have and if it will print on cardstock. I have just a basic HP printer in the studio and it will print on some cardstock but not others. For example I could print on Whisper White Cardstock (before it retired) but I can not print on Basic White Cardstock. I can print on HammerMill Cardstock but not Neenah Classic Crest Solar White. But the strange thing is I can print on Neenah Desert Storm Cardstock which is the same weight as the Classic Crest Solar White. If you want to print on watercolor paper you will need a laser printer that you can print on watercolor paper.
One great way to incorporate these stamps into your cardmaking projects is by combining them with coordinating patterned paper, ribbons, and embellishments. You can also mix and match the stamps with other stamp sets to create custom designs.
Another plus to digital stamps is that most will come with SVG files that you can upload to your Cricut and cut out the images from the set. I used the SVG of the TONS sentiment and cut it out with some Very Vanilla Cardstock and ink blended over the sentiment with Petal Pink, and Poppy Parade Inks to add it to the card. I also cut out some of the heart images from the Love You Tons Digital Stamp Set in Basic White and attached it to my card base for more texture and interest.
Overall, the Big & Bold - Love You Tons Digital Stamps from Colorado Craft Company is an excellent addition to any cardmaker's collection. With these stamps, you can create beautiful and unique cards for your loved ones that will make them feel special and cherished. So, go ahead and get creative with these fantastic digital stamps! If you want the traditional stamp set you can pick that up from them as well. Thanks for dropping by today I hope that you have a wonderful day.
