Hello and welcome to my blog; today I am sharing a super cute card with you using the Greatest Treasure Bundle from Pajama Crafter Stamps, a little pattern paper for the card front and some easy alcohol maker coloring. I will share my tips and tricks and what I used to create todays card with you below.
I Love You Card Greatest Treasure Stamp Set:
My card today features the Greatest Treasure Bundle as the main focal image on my card. I stamped the dragons, hearts, and the little castel from the stamp set onto some X-Press It Cardstock in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored each one with my Ohuhu Honolulu Brush Markers. For my color palette I picked colors that matched my two pieces of pattern paper that I did a little pattern paper mixing with from the Away We Go 6 x 6 Paper Pad (from Echo Park).
Pro Tip: I often find the color palette to color up my stamped images from pieces of pattern paper. This is a super easy way to find fun color combinations that you probably wouldn't think about. And since the companies do all the color combination work for you when they are designing the paper it makes for easy coloring.
I decided to add a little more details to my castel as I was coloring it this time. I added little dots of green and red alcohol markers going up the sides and in the front to give the look of roses climbing the castel. I thought this was a great way to give the castel a slightly different look and add a little age to the castel as well. For the dragons I colored them in warm tones. I colored the mom up with three different tones of reds and her belly horns and spikes in yellow. I reversed this on the baby dragon and colored him up in yellows and the two lightest shades of red for his belly spikes and horns. Once I had the coloring completed I cut each out with the matching Greatest Treasure Dies.
Once I had all the coloring and die cutting completed I colored a scrap piece of Neenah Solar White Cardstock with the same yellow alcohol markers I used on the dragons and stamped my sentiment in Versafine Clair Nocturne Ink. I cut the sentiment strip down to just fit the sentiment using my Tim Holtz Guillotine Comfort Paper Trimmer. I also took this time to cut down my two pieces of pattern paper for my card front. I cut the pattern paper for my background panel down to 4" x 5 1/4" and the second piece down to 3" x 5 1/2".
Before attaching my pattern paper to the card front I took another piece of Neenah Solar White Cardstock and used a little Twisted Citron Distress Oxide Ink and Lucky Clover Distress Oxide Ink with my CottonTail Blending Brushes and cut it out with one of the Slimline Stitched Hillside Dies (from Lawn Fawn). I attached the hillside die cut to the pattern paper and cut off the excess hanging from the two sides. once I had the overhanging pieces cut off I attached the card front to my top folding A2 card base made from a piece of Lipstick Red Cardstock (from Simon Says Stamp).
Once the card front was attached to the card base I added the dragons, castel, and hearts from the Greatest Treasures Stamp Set popped up with foam tape adhesive. I then tucked the sentiment just under the center panel of pattern paper at the top of the card.

I finished off my card by adding a few of the Fairy Dust Rhinestones (from Pajama Crafter Stamps) around the dragons.
