Hello and welcome to my blog; today I have another card using the Occasionally Funny Stamp Set and the Harvest Dies to share with you. Both the stamp set and the dies are on the Last Chance List and there's only a few days left to grab them before they are gone. Here's a look at my card today.
Background:
I used one of my embossed stencils backgrounds that I made a few weeks ago on this card. I attached one of the die cuts that I had cut out using the Harvest Dies. I love the floral dies in this die set and they are so useful for adding interest to a card, with just White Cardstock. I have talked about how to emboss with stencils in a couple of posts I will link to one of them here.
Once I had the background created I stamped my sentiment from Occasionally Funny Stamp Set (which has some of the best snarky sentiments for different occasions) in Versamark Ink onto a piece of Vellum Cardstock. I covered the sentiment with Black Embossing Powder and heat set it. I wrapped the ends of the Vellum sentiment strip around the card front and attached it to the back with strong adhesive before attaching the card front to the card base.
To finish off the card I added some of the Brushed Brass Butterflies sprinkled around to add a little shine to the card front. Thanks for dropping by today I hope you have a wonderful day. I have all the supplies that I used listed below that I used on today's card.
