Hello and welcome back to the blog; it's Rick back with you this week to share a fun little card using the My Best Friend Stamp Set. On this card we are going to use two of the cute little dogs from the stamp set to create a missing you card.

You're In My Thoughts Been Missing You | My Best Friend

To start this card you are going to want to stamp the two fur babies that you want to use on your card from the My Best Friend Stamp Set in alcohol marker friendly ink onto cardstock that is alcohol marker friendly. Let the ink dry why you work on your background. The background can be anything that you want. It could be pattern paper, an embossed background, or a simple stenciled background.

Once the ink had dried you can color the cute little doggies and the bone with your favorite alcohol markers. You coloring can be as simple or advanced as you want. For my card I picked the yorkie and the chihuahua. I colored the yorkie in different shades of neutral grays, and the chihuahua in different shades of tans and browns.

Once I had them colored I simply cut them out. I don't have the coordinating My Best Friends Dies so I had to do the dreaded fussy cutting.

To finish off the card I stamped my sentiment in Versafine Clair Nocturne Ink and added the card front to a top folding A2 card base. I then added a few Sour Apple Rhinestones.
